I. New Client Determination
STEP 1.
Introduction, Information Gathering &
Preliminary Analysis
Clients who want Lena Barnett & Associates, L.L.C. to review their affairs
should contact us. We will arrange an appropriate introduction to, or
telephone appointment with, Lena Barnett. She speaks with all prospective
clients. Then, depending on their specific set of circumstances, she will
determine which specific client progression is most appropriate for that
client.
We
will discuss our fees, and the timing of our services.
We
will gather your vital and relevant personal and financial information and
existing planning documents. We will then analyze your information and
determine if our services would be especially valuable.
In
our experience, we routinely generate tax and other expense savings from 50
to 90 percent for the clients and client families whose engagements we
accept.
STEP 2.
Listening To Our Clients
Through skillful questioning and thoughtful listening, we will seek to
understand your specific needs and desires.
STEP 3.
Accept the Engagement
Lena Barnett & Associates, L.L.C. will accept engagements only when it is
clear that we can help our clients obtain their planning objectives and
dreams in a timely, effective, and pleasant fashion. Based on your
objectives and circumstances, we formulate the parameters of the engagement
including fees, deadlines, and responsibilities.
In
most instances, we charge flat fees. All charges are quoted on a fee basis
that reflect the complexity of the plan, the creativity of the solution
developed, the effort spent, and the quality of the anticipated result.
