Our Billing Philosophy

The Initial Fee

The initial fee for our plan review, analysis, and initial meeting is determined by a thoughtful synergy that focuses on:

• Uniqueness & Creativity

• Quality of Results

Our initial fee is always quoted in advance.

Contractual Fees

Our plan design fee, where applicable, and legal fees are contractual, and are quoted in advance. In most cases, we will be able to quote these fees by the end of our initial meeting.

Hourly Fees

Most of our fees are based on a flat fee basis. Certain types of engagements may be handled on an hourly basis. In these cases, we will inform clients of the the terms of such engagements in advance. Sometimes we will place a cap on these fees or include them as part of a contractual fee, again depending on the client's particular set of circumstances.
